The data exists. It is rarely where it is needed

In most plants the information is already being generated: the machine has it, the ERP has it, the operator writes it down. The problem is that it lives in places that do not talk to each other, and when someone needs an answer they end up rebuilding it by hand in a spreadsheet.

Our job is to close that gap. We connect what already exists, add whatever is missing —including the hardware when the project requires it— and bring it to the people who have to make the decisions.

Four common starting points

Your ERP does not talk to the plant floor. You have a management system that works and a production floor that goes its own way, with people transcribing in between. We integrate both worlds bidirectionally: orders flow down to the plant and what happens on the plant flows up to the ERP, without anyone keying it in twice.

Your machines do not provide data. Reliable, fully amortised equipment with no reason to be replaced, except that it cannot communicate. We instrument it: we install the necessary sensors and gateways and bring it into the system without touching the production process. A twenty-year-old machine can provide the same information as a new one if it is given the right layer.

You need a platform that does not exist. When no product on the market fits your process, we build it. Custom software built on your data, your rules and the way you work, not a standard you have to adapt to.

You already have systems and want to get more out of them. Not every project starts from scratch. We build on what is already deployed: we extend, integrate and automate what is done by hand today, protecting the investment already made.

As far as it takes, hardware included

The difference between us and a digitalisation consultancy is that when the data does not exist, we create it. We design and build the control panel, install the instrumentation and set up the communications. We do not deliver a report explaining which sensors should be fitted: we fit them.

That capability comes from belonging to a group that has spent four decades manufacturing capital equipment for industry.

How we work

We start by understanding the process, not the system. We prioritise what delivers a return over what looks good in a presentation. And we deliver in phases, so that something is up and running early, rather than a twelve-month project nobody sees until the end.
