Energy
Monitoring, efficiency and consumption optimisation across facilities and critical infrastructure.
Most energy efficiency projects start at the end: a KPI dashboard fed with data that someone collected as best they could. We start where the problem originates. We design and build the electrical switchboard, install the instrumentation and make sure the data is reliable before it reaches any screen.
That is the difference between a consultancy report and an installation that genuinely measures.

Design and manufacture of instrumented electrical switchboards. Distribution and metering switchboards built for monitoring from the design stage, with analysers, current transformers and communication gateways sized for what needs to be measured.
Metering equipment for existing installations. When the switchboard does not need rebuilding, we add the metering layer to what is already in place, with minimal disruption to operations.
Visualisation and use of the data. We develop the SCADA or the dashboard when the client needs it, drawing on our own software development capability. And when the client already has a system, we deliver the variables for it to consume: we never force a change of platform just to be able to measure.

Industrial facilities with significant consumption that need to allocate costs by line or by process. Buildings and infrastructure with centralised management of HVAC, lighting and energy. And environments where continuity of supply is critical and you need to see what is happening before it happens.
Knowing where the energy goes, rather than estimating it. Allocating costs by site, line or process with data you can defend. Detecting consumption deviations that signal an equipment failure ahead of time. And having the traceability that energy audits and management systems require.

We are part of DSA Grupo, with more than forty years manufacturing capital equipment for industry. When a project needs machining, automation or cybersecurity for the system we have just installed, we do not subcontract: another group company does it.
