We integrate building management systems focused on HVAC, and we deliver the whole system: we design the control panels and field instrumentation, develop the SCADA, deploy it and configure it on site.
We do not build the visible layer on top of someone else's work, nor do we leave the panel for a third party to program. The same team that decides which sensor goes at each point then writes the control logic, and that shows when the building goes into service.
DES is an official Siemens integrator for building management systems, which gives us access to the Desigo platform, its technical support and the manufacturer's training.
We work on Desigo when it is the right choice, and on the platform the client already has in place when the job is to integrate with what exists. The installation drives the decision, not our catalogue.
A large share of our HVAC control projects are carried out at critical infrastructure facilities in accordance with the US Department of Defense UFGS specifications.
That means handover documentation in line with submittals, segregated network architectures, access control over the control system and on-site validation. It is a demanding framework, uncommon among BMS integrators, and it is why we work where an HVAC failure is not an inconvenience but an operational problem.

A BMS is a connected control system, and as such it is an attack surface. We treat it as one: network segregation, access control and platform hardening are part of the project, not a later phase.
It is the same capability we use to protect industrial systems, applied to the building.
